Your statement was about the deaths of over 300,000 people for the sake of killing 3,000 terrorists was hypothetical. Why should Morris have had to answer a non-question put forward in such a manner? This is not what is occurring in Gaza.

Benny Morris did not answer your question because that is not what he is about now. There might have been a time when he would have attempted an answer but not now. Israel is in a protective mode which means they hear and see only what supports their present genocidal campaign. Morris claimed that Netanyahu was not his choice of leader as though what is happening is not in Morris’s name. But like Netanyahu he dare not let go of the reins because he knows if he does then the game is over. Morris in effect was defending genocide. Could anyone imagine an academic slumping that low? So I did not expect him to answer your question. Your question had to be asked however and we all should note his unwillingness to answer. He is a disgrace after that performance.
